Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
- Custom or personalized orders
- Perishable products (like food or flowers)
- Digital downloads
- Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)

Any personal information given to us will be used to ship your parcel and not used otherwise or EVER sold to third parties.
Once your order has been completed, it will store on Etsy's system to confirm that we have processed your order correctly, but we do not use this data beyond this.
