Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

While we work tirelessly here at Hysteria Machine to make high quality hand made products we totally accept that sometimes things can go wrong.
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product and get a full refund (minus shipping) or exchange the product for another one or equal value, be it similar or not.
RETURNS:
If your order arrives back to us via 'return to sender' or, uncollected, please note that if you should still want this order you will have to cover shipping costs for the item to be reshipped. Thank you

Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging.
